The Two Oceans Marathon (TOM) NPC is pleased to announce that community-based organisations may now apply for project funding as part of TOM’s annual support of their programmes and social impact projects. The funding is made directly possible by donations from runners who voluntarily elect to financially contribute to the Two Oceans Marathon Initiative (TOMI) at the time of entering the race.

Thanks to the generosity of Two Oceans Marathon runners, donations to TOMI reached R217 565,30 by the end of 2020. The full amount will be disbursed to South African-based community organisations providing support in the spheres of Education, Environmental Sustainability, Health and Wellness, and Athletic Development, the key pillars of the Two Oceans Marathon Initiative (TOMI).

How to apply for a Beneficiary Grant

Registered community-based organisations working in the areas of Education, Environmental Sustainability, Health and Wellness and Athletic Development and who meet the minimum beneficiary requirements, are invited to apply for funding by downloading and completing the application form below.

Prospective TOMI beneficiaries should return these completed application forms to tomi@twooceansmarathon.org.za by 6pm on Wednesday, 24 February 2021.

These applications will be assessed by the TOM NPC TOMI Committee and the final beneficiaries will be announced on Friday, 5 March 2021.
