Have you thought of spoiling someone you know with a TOM gift card? It’s the perfect present for a friend, family member or fellow runner.

Here’s an easy How-to Guide to purchasing your TOM Gift Card:

1. Visit our website by clicking on the following link: https://www.twooceansmarathon.org.za/
2. To purchase a Gift Card, click the Gift Cards tab at the top left of the page (be sure to familiarise yourself with the Ts and Cs first – click the ‘info’ icon on the top right-hand side).
3. Once you have clicked on the Gift Card tab, fill in the rand value of your card, the name of the recipient and email address. Remember that you can send the gift card to yourself, or someone else.
4. Click on OK when you are done.
5. Choose your Payment Method. You can pay using your debit or credit card, or in-store at Boxer, Builders Warehouse, Cambridge Food, Game, Makro, Pep, and Pick ‘n Pay. To pay in-store, click the ‘Retail store’ option. You will receive an 11-digit payment reference number. Use this reference to pay at the till in-store.
6. Need another record of the gift voucher you purchased? You’ll find all the details under your profile:

GIFT CARD VOUCHER REDEMPTION 

To redeem your gift card against Merchandise purchases, add your items to your trolley as per usual, and insert your gift card number at checkout.

GIFT CARD Ts and Cs

• Gift card rand amounts are redeemable against any merchandise currently on the e-commerce portal, or against any race accepting entries at the time of redemption.
• If redeemed in lieu of, or towards a race entry, all entry Ts and Cs apply, e.g. You must meet all race requirements, such as any applicable medical and qualifier requirements.
• Gift cards may be redeemed against purchases of a higher value, provided that the difference is paid in cash.
• You may load the gift card with any SA Rand (ZAR) amount of your choosing.
• The gift card is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
• Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.
• No change or refunds.
• You may transfer the gift card (i.e. buy it for someone else to use). TOM accepts no liability if the gift card is redeemed by someone else other than the intended recipient.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.
