TOM Merchandise

Your TOM merchandise is only a click away! Shop the perfect addition to your TOM collection or spoil someone special with a great gift. Best of all, collect at our TOM office or have your parcel couriered to you nationwide.
To buy an item online, simply follow these easy steps:
1. Go to https://merch.twooceansmarathon.co.za or click here
2. If you’re a new user without a TOM profile, click Register at the top left of your screen, and create an account by filling in the blank form details as shown below. However, if you already have an existing TOM profile as a runner, proceed to step 4.
3. Once you have filled in the form, click Create:
4. If you already have a TOM profile, click Log In (as shown in 2 above) and you will be directed to your Runner’s Dashboard. Click Merchandise in the list of options on your Dashboard:
5. If all you want to do is browse the merchandise on offer, click Merchandise at the top left-hand side of your screen:
6. Before you place your order, be sure to check out all the Ts and Cs pertaining to purchases. Also please familiarise yourself with all the delivery information. You will find the delivery info under the Information icon at the top right-hand side of your screen:
7. To select an item for purchase, click Add to Cart below the item you want to buy. You will then be prompted to select your size.
To complete your order, click Add to Cart once again in the pop-up screen.
Now close your cart in order to pay for your items:
8. To pay for your items, go to your Shopping Cart (click the trolley icon), click Pay and follow the prompts.
9. Your Order Confirmation email will then be on the way advising you when you can collect or expect your delivery. Happy shopping!
10. IMPORTANT: Do not make changes once you have paid for your order. This will result in your order being marked as incomplete, and cause delays.
