All runners who have completed 10 or more Ultra Marathons qualify for a permanent number. A Blue Number is issued to all runners that achieve this triumph.
The Blue Number Club was founded and celebrates these runners. A special BNC area is at the registration area as well as on the finish line on race day. Fellow BNC members can encourage each other before the race and celebrate their achievement on race day.
Permanent numbers are also awarded to all runners who complete 10 or more Half Marathons.
Blue Number Club Dinner
This is always a special occasion for those who have completed 10 or more OMTOM Ultra or Half Marathons. It is an evening that sees old friends reunite to share stories and reminisce, while new Blue Number holders are welcomed and get to rub shoulders with the icons that have helped to make the Two Oceans Marathon great.
Details for the 2019 Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon Blue Number Club Dinner will be announced soon.
