Cape Town International Friendship Run

• This is a free event, open to International participants who have also entered the TTOM Ultra or Half Marathon. If you’re an International, you do not pay to enter the Cape Town International Friendship Run.
• Three of your family members or friends may join you for the Cape Town International Friendship Run at R250 per person. This fee for the event per guest joining you is determined from year to year.
• Please indicate your number of guests when you enter.
• This event starts and finishes at DHL Cape Town Stadium (Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Green Point, Cape Town).
• Collect your race number at our Two Oceans Marathon Expo on Wednesday, 2 April or Thursday, 3 April 2025.

CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP RUN ROUTE:

• The start area is the podium level of the DHL Cape Town Stadium.
• Proceed from the podium level along the walkway to exit through the service gate into Fritz Sonnenberg Road.
• Turn left into Fritz Sonnenberg Road and continue toward Vlei Road. At this intersection, turn right into Vlei Road.
• Turn right into Green Point Park.
• Proceed through Green Point Park to exit at the Park Road Gate.
• Continue along Park Road and cross over Beach Road.
• Turn left and proceed toward Helen Suzman Boulevard.
• Turn right onto the promenade and continue in the direction of Mouille Point Beach to link up with Beach Road.
• Cross over Beach Road, turn left and continue to the Granger Bay Boulevard Traffic Circle.
• Turn right into Granger Bay Boulevard and continue to Fritz Sonnenberg Road.
• Turn right into Fritz Sonnenberg Road and right at the gate into DHL Cape Town Stadium to finish on the Podium Level.
