Notice to all members of the media

The globally iconic Two Oceans Marathon is pleased to invite applications for the Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon 2024. Applications open on 8 December 2023 and will close on  22 March 2024.

Interested media may apply for media-specific access to:

• The TTOM 2024 Elite Athletes’ Press Conference – 12 April 2024
• The TTOM 2024 Ultra Marathon – 13 April 2024
•  The TTOM 2024 Half Marathon – 14 April 2024

Applications will be accepted until 5 pm on Thursday, 22 March 2024.

If your application is granted, we will advise you on the venue at which to collect your media accreditation closer to Race Week.

Requirements for journalists

Please identify your areas of accreditation preference when applying. Kindly note that spots along the routes themselves are limited.

If you are a freelance journalist, please submit a commissioning letter or brief from your news agency or media outlet, specifying the extent of the access requested.

Note to photographers

Following the International Association of Ultra-runners Organisational Guidelines vs090701 Section 11.3 C protocol relating to an Ultra Marathon finish line, all TTOM 2024 finish line photographers will be positioned in a media area that is 30m from the finish line.
