The Character Company is a non-profit dedicated to raising boys to become good men through long-term MENtorship.
The consequences are serious and far-reaching in a world where four out of five boys lack a positive male role model. Boys without a role model miss vital lessons on respect, self-worth, and resilience, contributing to rising issues like gender-based violence, a lack of self-love, and even a growing suicide rate among men and teens.
The Character Company addresses this urgent need by pairing boys with mentors who guide them in building character, valuing diversity, and expressing vulnerability as a strength. Since 2013, we’ve been working tirelessly to end the negative effects of fatherlessness, with every mentored boy bringing us one step closer to our vision of a generation shaped by positive male influence.
