AMENDMENT TO THE MINUTES OF THE (11TH) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE TOMNPC HELD ON 9 DECEMBER 2020
TOM NPC hereby wishes to place on record that the Independent Investigative Report as compiled by the appointed External Investigators, Gillan and Veldhuizen Inc., as presented at the AGM of 2020, incorrectly referred to Harold Berman as having been engaged or contracted by the TOM NPC.
