TTOM 2025 ROAD CLOSURES

GETTING TO THE START

  1. The start

The starts of both the TTOM Half and Ultra Marathons are in Main Road, Newlands. This is a short walk or bus shuttle trip from the parking areas that have been arranged at local schools. Marshalls will be on hand to direct runners and their supporters to their relevant start batches. It is a short walk from the parking areas to the start, so runners are advised to arrive early to avoid congestion.

  1. The finish

Both races finish on the Rugby Fields at UCT. A shuttle service will take runners and their supporters back to the parking areas.

  1. Parking Areas

Parking at UCT and near the start are both very limited. Runners are therefore advised to share lifts to the start and to be dropped off within walking distance of the start.
