May someone collect my race pack on my behalf?
By selecting the “Proxy Collection” option in your race number WhatsApp message, you can assign a trusted individual to collect your race pack on your behalf.
Once completed, your original QR code will be deactivated and replaced with a new one sent to your proxy.
Please do not forward your original message to another person.
Multiple race pack collection is allowed, provided you follow the proxy race pack collection process above.
No changes to your race details or start batch will be processed at the collection points at Expo. Should you require assistance, our Enquiries Desk will be available to guide you.
T-shirt exchanges may be accommodated at the T-shirt Swap counter, subject to availability.
A number of paid parking areas have been identified for runners attending the EXPO, including P1, P3, P5, Convention Towers, Site 1 and Site 5, as well as the Zip Zap Circus grounds.
A dedicated e-hailing drop-and-go lane will be available in front of CTICC 2 for ease of access.
On Friday only, additional parking will be available at the Grand Parade, with a complimentary shuttle service running every 15 minutes to and from the CTICC.
Please wear the two race numbers you collect at the Expo at all times during the race, without any alterations. These must be clearly displayed on the front and back of your running vest, T-shirt, or crop top. Race numbers may not be attached to your running shorts.
Licensed athletes are not required to wear their provincial or ASA licence numbers, as special TTOM race numbers will be issued. If you are using a hydration pack, please ensure your back number is securely pinned to the pack so that it remains visible at all times.
Misuse of Race Numbers and Timing Chips
Race numbers and timing chips are strictly non-transferable. Any runner found in violation of this rule will be disqualified from the current race (TTOM 2026) and may face a ban of at least two (2) years. This rule is in place as an important safety measure and is essential for your protection.
Your timing chip is attached to both race numbers and is linked to your personal profile. Please take note of the following:

Our vision is to offer safe spaces and structured after-school and welfare programs that nurture and empower vulnerable youth and build healthier and more resilient families and communities.
Transformation is achieved through surf therapy, food aid (including a community food program that serves 700 meals per day), supplementary academic support, life skills, and leadership training, educational trips, community events, and day-to-day mentorship and holistic support.
Our slogan “going the distance” is not just something nice to say. We walk a long road with people and passionately believe that everyone is perfect for their purpose, that human potential is unlimited, that with the right support all youth can flourish.
