Training Runs

The Two Oceans Marathon Training Runs are designed to be a fun but essential part of you Race Day prep and a great way to meet other entrants!

Enjoy this series of carefully curated, vibe-filled runs with the prizes you really want to help you #Conquer your Race Day.

Join us on these can’t-miss runs to finetune and refine your #Conquer rhythm, meet your pace setters, step into your #Conquer mindset and move closer to slaying your goals on Race Day!

As bookings for each event open, you can secure your spot via the Race Entry System.

Please keep an eye on our:

Start & Arrival Times
  • 6:30 AM – Long runs (22km to 28km)
  • 7:00 AM – Short runs (12km to 16km)


Please remember to arrive 30 mins before the start so that you don’t miss registration, a race briefing and a short warm-up.

Please ensure your read and understand the full indemnity. By participating in any officially organised TOM event, you are agreeing to the indemnity.

  1. Adhere to all traffic regulations.
  2. Run no more than two abreast at a time.
  3. Run on the right-hand side of the road on the route out and back.
