Now’s the time to train to get you start-line ready for April 2019 with our OMTOM 2019 official training partner, the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA). Together, we bring you the official 2019 OMTOM Training Guide, with four-month training programmes for three different target times in the Ultra Marathon, and another three covering the Half Marathon. Be sure to read the Introduction first, so the programmes listed and keys used make sense.
