Now’s the time to train to get you start-line ready for April 2019. That’s why the team from Modern Athlete will produce the official 2019 OMTOM Training Guide, with four-month training programmes for three different target times in the Ultra Marathon, and another three covering the Half Marathon (plus training advice for those of you running the Old Mutual Two Oceans Trail Runs).
