Ultra Marathon

Important Notes

• Your entry category is based on your residential address.
• Your Ultra entry includes a running T-shirt. Please refer to the size charts before selecting your T-shirt size, as exchanges cannot be facilitated.
• Blue and Yellow Number Holders have a guaranteed entry pool of 1 500 entries.
• International/African entries open: 25 October 2023.
• Entries will no longer be accepted at the TTOM Expo.
• All international runners must run a qualifying marathon and submit their results by no later than 5pm on 6 March 2023.
• Entries will no longer be accepted at the TTOM Expo.
• All Africa/International entrants must run a qualifying marathon and submit their results before a date TBC.
• International and Africa entrants are invited to participate in the International Friendship Run. This is a free event, and additional guests can be added to your entry at a nominal fee. Remember to enter this event from your Entry Dashboard. Note: The IFR as a #TTOM 2023 event will be confirmed.
• Substitution Entry Window: 21 January 2023 to 28 February 2023.
• All Profile Updates, Qualifier Information and 2023 Running Club Updates closing date: 6 March 2023.

Half Marathon

• African/International Entries Open: 25 October 2023.
• International and Africa entrants are invited to participate in the International Friendship Run (IFR for 2023 TBC). This is a free event, and additional guests can be added to your entry at a nominal fee. Remember to enter this event from your Entry Dashboard.
• Substitution Entry Window: 21 January 2021 to 28 February 2023.
• All Profile Updates, Results For Seeding and 2023 Running Club Updates: 6 March 2023.

• Entries sell out fairly quickly – please do not delay your entry.
• Your entry includes a Trail Run running T-shirt. Please refer to the size charts before selecting your T-shirt size, as exchanges cannot be facilitated.
