Club Verifications Start 25 March 6PM, After Substitutions CLOSE on 25 March, 5PM

Substitution and qualifier window extended to 25 March, 5pm
The final date for all OMTOM 2019 substitutions; qualifier, seeding and medical info; and any other required profile updates, was moved to 25 March 2019, 5 pm. This was done with due consideration for runners wishing to qualify or improve their times at these races in particular:
- 21 March – Standerton Goldi 4-in-1
- 23 March – Langebaan Country Estate Weskus Marathon
- 23 March – Great East 3-in-1 Race
- 24 March – Umgeni Water Marathon

Club verifications start 25 March, 6pm and close 31 March, midnight
In line with the OMTOM 2019 substitutions, qualifier, seeding, medical info, and profile update extension, the club verification window was moved, and now opens 25 March, 6pm. We also acknowledge that many runners have not yet purchased or renewed their 2019 licences due to the ASA extension rendering 2018 club licences valid until 17 February 2019.
The club verification window therefore runs from 25 March 6pm to 31 March midnight, sharp. We have informed all clubs, who will verify you on our system come 25 March 6pm.
Please remember to buy or renew your 2019 licences.
