Notice of intended adjournment of 2019 TOM NPC AGM to Thursday, 14 November 2019
The 10th Two Oceans Marathon NPC AGM is scheduled for Thursday 24 October 2019, as previously announced on 12 September 2019 and as per the TOM Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI).
Unfortunately, our Annual Financial Statements (AFS) was not finalised within the necessary period, and therefore we could not get the requisite Board approval timeously.
In order to comply with the requirements set out in the Company’s Act and our MOI, we propose starting the AGM as announced, and then immediately adjourning the meeting until Thursday 14 November 2019.
In line with our MOI, we will make available the following documentation by 31 October 2019:
- Final 2019 TOM NPC AGM Agenda
- Copy of the Minutes of the 2018 TOM NPC AGM dated 18 October 2018
- Copy of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS), signed and approved by the Board
- Copy of the 2019 Board Report.
The profiles and CVs of the nominees eligible for election at the AGM, will be included in the above documentation. Please note, nominations for new Directors closed on 23 September 2019, as announced in the original AGM Notice.
