Adnaan is a sports journalist from Cape Town who not only runs the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon every year, but also covers it in the media.
He will be running his 13th Two Oceans Ultra marathon this year. (PB 5:25:28 - Permanent Blue number 4065 and one Half).
Besides the Oceans, he has also covered the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand amongst many other Springbok rugby tours.
He will also be tackling his 12 consecutive Comrades Marathon (PB 9:48 - Permanent Green Number 49483) this year.
Trail running is his other passion. He has successfully completed the five day Cape Odyssey multi stage off-road races over 211km (five marathons in five days in 2006 and 2007).
He has also done the ProNutro African X-trail three day multi-stage off road race for five years consecutively.
He will also be doing his 13th consecutive Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour this year.
