| Once again, we are appealing to everyone to get to the start early. With close to 21 000 runners all trying to get to UCT on race day, it’s a recipe for traffic jams. Please get up half an hour earlier and leave home earlier than you have done in the past. Give your running mates lifts to try to alleviate some of the traffic problems. Your race brochure contains a host of relevant race information that includes parking, traffic issues, route maps etc. so be sure to read it from cover to cover!.
