Seeking to employ the services of an organisational development specialist

The Board of Directors of the Two Oceans Marathon Association would like to employ an experienced organisational development specialist to lead the process of developing a 5-year strategic plan and business plan for year one (2013-2014).

This step follows an intensive strategy review session the outcome of which TOMA wants to use in developing proper strategic plans for the next 5-years. The process will be informed by:

• Past strategy plans
•  Report from recent (2012) strategy session
•  Interviews of relevant TOMA board and staff members, etc.

The envisaged outcome of this process should be:

• A complete 5-year Strategic Plan (Hard copy and electronic)
•  Year one Business Plan (Hard copy and electronic)
