World-renowned and charismatic sport scientist, Dr Ross Tucker is the main speaker – and the line-up of speakers in Khayelitsha also includes medical specialist Prof Martin Schwellnus, Dr Lizo Bango (medical doctor, media personality and talented runner) and others.  This workshop aims to empower, inspire, educate and motivate runners of all abilities.

There will be a lucky draw with great prizes from Old Mutual, adidas, Powerade and other workshop partners. With top class speakers, the opportunity to mix with fellow runners and of course some healthy snacks to keep hunger pangs at bay – who can afford NOT to be at the “Designed to Run” workshop in Khayelitisha?  See you there!
