Designed to Run workshops: two down, three to go - book your seats TODAY
After kicking off in Khayelitsha on 8 February 2014 and moving to a capacity crowd at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA) on 10 February, the Designed to Run national workshop series is gaining momentum.
The workshops are the result of a collaboration between the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon team, SSISA and Runner’s World Magazine, and aim to empower, inspire, educate and motivate runners of all abilities.
With two workshops down, only three remain, and we urge runners in those areas to book your seats to avoid disappointment.

The workshops are presented by world-renowned sport scientist, Dr Ross Tucker, and also include medical specialist Prof Martin Schwellnus, Olympian Elana Mayer, Comrades great Bruce Fordyce, Dr Lizo Bango, power couple Gugu Zulu – professional racing driver for SA’s Sasol-Volkswagen Rally team – and Survivor SA 2011 runner-up Letshego Moshoeu, and many more.

The entrance fee of R50 will go towards the charities supported by the Two Oceans Marathon.
