Awesome prizes to be won at the OMTOM "Designed to Run" national workshops
Great lucky draw prizes on offer at the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon “Designed to Run” national workshop series
In conjunction with the Sports Science Institute of SA and Runner’s World magazine
The “Designed to Run” workshops aim to empower, inspire, educate and motivate runners of all abilities. In sticking with this theme GetSmarter – a premier online education company who partner with leading organisations including the Sports Science Institute of SA (SSISA), have sponsored 2 of their 12-week online “Nutrition” courses valued at R8 500 per course. These will form part of the lucky draw at Cape Town’s SSISA event and the Johannesburg-based workshop at Montecasino Tsogo Sun. Every attendee at these two venues will also receive R500 off this “Nutrition” course.
All course content was written by Shelly Meltzer, a registered dietitian from the SSISA.
Other fantastic lucky draw prizes include 2 pairs of adidas shoes at each of the 5 workshops, and prizes from title sponsor Old Mutual and also Powerade and Runner’s World. The SSISA has contributed massage vouchers, a SSISA gym membership and a membership onto our Strong2Run programme (a strength-training programme for runners to help decrease their risk of injury and improve running strength and speed) as prizes.
