You and your team need to feel GREAT about the event this year! I traveled half way across the globe (from Omaha Nebraska to Cape Town) because I heard it was “the world’s most beautiful marathon” and really well organised. The world is right… on both accords. And something else you all can and should claim is “the world’s nicest participants and spectators”. I’ve done over 20 marathons around the world, and your race BY FAR has the nicest and most hospitable folks! Cannot count how many times that people welcomed me and thanked me for coming… they noticed the orange tag and knew I was a visitor. Truly amazing. So… I am typing this note to tell you that you guys have a huge advocate and fan here in Omaha. I have been, and will continue to tell all my friends that they MUST do the Cape Town Ultra. Thanks for a great life experience.
