I would just like to thank you for the awesome Short Trail Run!! It was challenging, beautiful and well-marked.  The Marshals and Medical Teams were also numerous and friendly.  I got a huge laugh out of the Volunteer Fire Fighters when I told them that if they saw a little flicker of a flame when I got to the top it was just me burning out!!!

Unfortunately, I had to use the Medical Tent at the finish with a torn ankle tendon.  The Medical Team was extremely efficient and gave me good advice on how to treat it.  Well done Netcare 911! Thank you also to all the TEAM who spent hours organising this run and those who spent hours on computers, answering phone calls etc. - too many tasks to mention.
