Tog bags are stored in the Tog Bag Facility at the bag owner's risk.
The finish line must be crossed to officially finish the race. At this point you will be timed by by crossing the timing mat.
Thirty-three well equipped refreshment stations along the route will ensure that every runners needs are adequately catered for.
From the start runners will occupy the full width of the Main Road until Wynberg (at the Aliwal Road intersection ± 3.2km where the 21km runners will be turned right), then will be moved to the lef
Entrants must be no younger than 20 on the day of the race.
It is imperative that runners fill in the medical information on the back of their race number.
Dr Ross Tucker is a well known Sports Scientist, working with UCT and the Sports Science Institute.
Outside SA Breweries, Main Road, Newlands (Cape Town). The start is within walking distance of the finish (only 2 km).
The NO MOBILE SECONDING rule will be strictly enforced. No seconds may drive, cycle or run alongside any athlete on the route.
Parking at UCT and near the start is limited. Runners are advised to share lifts to the start and to be dropped off within walking distance.
