All runners wanting to participate need to register (for pre-entries) or enter at the Good Hope Centre on:

Wednesday 4 April between 10:00-18:00

Thursday     5 April between 10:00-19:00

Friday          6 April from 8:00 onwards at the Amphitheatre at the V&A Waterfront
