International entrants are invited to meet on Good Friday morning for a scenic 5.6km run/walk through the City of Cape Town, past some of the city’s most famous landmarks, which include the Cape To

Tog bags are stored in the Tog Bag Facility at the bag owner's risk.
The finish line must be crossed to officially finish the race. At this point you will be timed by by crossing the timing mat.
It is imperative that runners fill in the medical information on the back of their race number.
Outside SA Breweries, Main Road, Newlands (Cape Town). The start is within walking distance of the finish (only 2 km).
The NO MOBILE SECONDING rule will be strictly enforced. No seconds may drive, cycle or run alongside any athlete on the route.
Parking at UCT and near the start is limited. Runners are advised to share lifts to the start and to be dropped off within walking distance.
