Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to come along and take part in the annual Old Mutual Two Oceans Fun Runs taking place at the University of Cape Town (UCT) rugby fields, Upper Campus, Rondebosch on Friday, 29 March 2013.
Bring your family and friends, especially your kids, and come and experience the spirit of this great event. There is loads of fun for the whole family and participants can choose between the following distances:
| 56 m Nappy Dash | - for kids 3 years and younger (must be able to walk). Limited to 300 |
| 300 m Toddlers' Trot | - for kids between ages 4 to 6 years. Limited to 400 |
| 2.1 km | - for the young, the old and the not so fit. Limited to 1 500 |
| 5.6 km | - for the fitter and more adventurous runner/walker. Limited to 2 000 |
| 8 km | - the perfect loosener for those running the half or the ultra marathon. Limited to 2 500 |
